You plan, organize, study, setup groups for maximum DPS and survivability, post times and zones on the web site so everything will go perfect and then you get the tells….
--What time is the raid going on again? <- singing guy

Your main tank character has spent months farming that one piece of gear that has 1% more crit bonus on it and then you start to inspect your raid crew….
--My crafting gear will add to my DPS I swear. <- singing guy

You're standing strong looking at the intimidating fire-breathing dragon you want too much to own. 20 gold food and drink equip, expensive temp adornments running, weeks of video’s and mob stats studied. You count down, pull and spin the dragon with all the vigor you can muster. Then you notice 3 other raid members just now running up the stairs to join the raid and two afk tags on.
--This is not going to ennndd wellll. <- singing guy

So crack open an ice cold Bud Light, Mr. raid leader/main tank guy, and keep standing tall. One day that dragon will fall
--Bring up that mender bot. <-singing guy

I hope this made you laugh and brought a smile to your face. As a side note, I don't drink. I typed this up because I received in game mail about some peeps being frustrated a bit. Raiding in this alliance is a privilege. When you come to a raid you are expected to come prepared and ready to do your job. Will we have fun? Yes. Will we get loot? Yes. Will I put up with someone constantly falling behind, constantly not doing there job, constantly not doing there job... no. I understand kid distractions, being on call for work, and other unavoidable things that pop up.

So here's to you Raid members who kick butt. I don't thank you enough for going above and beyond your job. So to you I raise my mocha cup. You know who you are, I know who you are, and Semblance my wife. I thank you personally.

Tanks, if you are not doing your Tank job, you will lose your Core raid status, if you are a guest you will not be asked to come back,
Healers if you are not doing your Healing job, you will lose your Core raid status, if you are a guest you will not be asked to come back,
Utility if you are not doing your job, you will lose your Core raid status, if you are a guest you will not be asked to come back,
DPS if you are not doing your DPS job, you will lose your Core raid status, if you are a guest you will not be asked to come back,
